ABERRATIONS is a 5-piece metalcore outfit from Helsinki-Hyvinkää area, Finland. The band was established in 2022 by longtime friends from local bands: Aki Tuomi, Juho Liski, Juuso Häkkinen and Pauli Matinheikki. After Jani Korpela (Red Raven Down, The Voice of Finland) joined as the vocalist, the line-up was complete.

The band released their debut single ”DERANGEMENT” in July 2023 - the heavy grooving song received some positive reactions and since there aren't that many Finnish bands in the heavier side of metalcore, the release managed to make some waves in the scene. 

Now the band is continuing with the heavy banging riffing and the punishing breakdowns with "SUBSTITUTION", the second single-release from the upcoming EP.
